CANCELLATION POLICY

We completely understand life happens. We get sick unexpectedly, we get stuck at work, the kid's schedule changes, etc. Unlike most salons, at Beautifully, we do NOT "double book" our clients. So, without a 24 hour advance notice, we miss the opportunity to fill the appointment time with our clients on our waiting list. Therefore, we require a debit/ credit card on file to book all appointments. If you do not give the required 24 hour advance notice, your card on file will be charged the appropriate cancellation fee (50% of the booked service(s)). If your schedule changes, we just ask for a courtesy CALL, TEXT or EMAIL with a 24 hour advance notice. Our booking system will ask you to confirm your appointment at 72 hours via text and/ or email. This gives you a 24 hour opportunity to contact us and make any last minute changes. Thank you so much!
