CANCELLATION POLICY
At Beautifully, each appointment is intentionally reserved to provide a personalized, uninterrupted luxury experience. The following policies are in place to honor both your time and ours. Each appointment is reserved exclusively for you and thoughtfully scheduled to provide the highest level of care. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Without proper notice, we are unable to fill the appointment time with another client. A debit or credit card is required to book all appointments. Select services require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. This deposit holds your spot and is applied toward the total cost of your service at checkout. Deposits are forfeited in the event of late cancellations or no-shows. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service(s). No-shows will be charged accordingly. To make scheduling seamless, appointment reminders are sent 72 hours in advance via text and/or email, allowing ample time to make changes.
